I'm wondering if many of you could reverse your sleeping schedule if you needed to. Or is this some physiological idiosyncracy?
I've been a night-owl since my late teens, and it would help me if I could reverse the pattern. Can it be done? How?
Would be interested in people's experiences with this.

Waking up is the key to falling asleep earlier; you'll be tired for most of the day, but trudge through it and come night, you'll welcome sleep. Now, this sounds easier said than done I know! I have trouble waking myself up at certain times. Apparently the trick is to jump out of bed THE moment you wake up - thus, not allowing yourself to fall asleep. I'll see if I can find the page I read. |

But there's no guarantee you'll be able to fall asleep at 8 p.m. the same day.
It would take a couple of days of constantly waking up early and making yourself to go to sleep earlier. Been there, done that ^_^
Not to mention circles under my eyes and fresh look of a junky I had ^_^ |
