I like to walk my dog no ones out then.Also do my housework, in the summer its alot cooler then.

Everything!
DOD, I surf the 'net, do housework, draw, sculpt, play with my pets (nocturnal pets - big surprise), write, read, excersize, IM with fellow nightcrawlers, think (best time for that is 2 or 3 "o'dark"), walking, listen to good tunes (headset only ~sigh~), catch up on emails, do my banking (online), meditate...
It's the best time for most everything because there's no outside world (9-5ers) awake to make demands of your time.

Talk on MSN, Talk on Skype, Talk on forums, Stumble, Listen to my tunes, And do some other stuff on the Internet..... I think thats it.
